Senior Software Engineer - SQL Developer

We are seeking a seasoned SQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance reporting and data integration solutions.

• Design and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views for high-volume data operations.
• Develop and manage SSIS packages to extract, transform, and load data from heterogeneous sources (SQL, Flat Files, APIs) into data warehouses.
• Design and deploy parameterized, drill-down, drill-through, and matrix reports using SSRS.
• Use SQL Profiler and Execution Plans to identify bottlenecks and optimize long-running queries or ETL packages.
• Schedule and monitor regular jobs using SQL Server Agent to ensure timely data refreshes and report delivery.
• Work with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and interactive dashboards.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 6-10 years in SQL development with a heavy focus on SSIS/SSRS.
• Proficiency in SQL Server 2019/2022+ and T-SQL programming.
• Expertise in SSIS Control Flow/Data Flow tasks, error handling, and package deployment models.
• Advanced report layout design, RDL management, and subscription configuration in SSRS.
• Familiarity with cloud-based alternatives like Azure Data Factory or Power BI is highly preferred for 2026 environments.
• Experience with Git or TFS for database and report versioning.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Data Analyst Associate is a plus for 2026 roles.
